Prohibited activity
Do not access another organisation’s records, share credentials, upload unlawful or irrelevant personal information, impersonate staff or witnesses, alter evidence deceptively, attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service to make unsupported clinical decisions.
Safety and reporting
Never delay emergency treatment or a statutory safeguarding report because the app is unavailable. Report suspected access misuse or a security incident through the provider’s escalation procedure. A monitored WealHeal security contact and response process must be confirmed before public commercial operation.
